This novel risk management and adaptive decision making tool was created by the Norfolk Climate Change Partnership to help organisations through the entire adaptation process and outlines a process comprised of 3 stages:

1. Climate change risk assessment;

2. Adaptive decision making and options appraisal;

3. Implementation and review.
